Do I need a login?
- Only companies who wish to place their orders online require a login. If you are looking for a quote on some items, you simply need to browse the site and add items to the "Quote Basket". Once ready, Click the "Send Request" button and one of our sales team will get back to you shortly.
How long will it take for my quote request to be answered?
- We strive to have reply to all quote requests by the end of day that the request was received. If, for some reason, we are not able to do this, or require further information, someone from our sales team be in touch with you.
How do I get login credentials?
- After selecting the 'Login" button in the upper right hand side of the screen, select the "Register" option and complete and submit the form. One of our web administrators will verify and validate the information, and once approved, you will receive an email noting that your login is now active and may be used.
What if I forget my login credentials?
- Simply send an email request to [email protected], and one of our web administrators will verify the account and will get in touch to re-establish your credentials.
Once I place my order, when will it be processed?
- Orders are processed right away, submitted for credit check (if applicable), and sent to the warehouse for picking. We strive to orders within 24 hours of receiving them, dependant on available inventory and status of special order items.
Where do my orders ship from?
- Orders ship from our Distribution Center, in Richmond, BC.
What is the lead time until I receive my order?
- As we ship from the Greater Vancouver area, shipping times vary depending on the destination, as well as the size and weight of the shipment. Below is a chart estimating the shipping time you should allow for your orders of regular stock items:

How do I pay for my order?
- If your company is setup with a terms account (Net 30 Days), then payment must be received within the terms date by either Cheque or EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer).
- If you wish to pay by credit card (Visa or MasterCard), payment is processed at time of shipping.
- Prior to any orders being processed, one of our sales team will arrange payment details with you.
- Credit card payments and data are not processed through our website, so there is no credit card security concern with placing your orders online.
